Notes:
1. No refunds will be issued within 7 days of event
start date.
2. We will use Grand Slam guidelines for refunds in case
of game cancellation due to rain or weather.
3. All teams are required to be registered with Grand
Slam Tournaments and provide proof of liability insurance in
order to participate.
4. Roster and entry fee must be received prior to
commencement of event.
5. NO SIGN-UPS THE DAY OF TOURNAMENT!!! MUST SIGN UP
ON-LINE PRIOR TO TOURNAMENT!
